Enjoy The Process

Over the weekend, I was at my alma mater, Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. During my visit, I couldn’t shake the nostalgic feeling I was getting. I recalled the challenges, pressures and demands I faced as an engineering student. Back then, I felt like the whole world was on my shoulders and was eagerly looking forward to graduating. 

One lesson I can draw looking back now is that in the middle of the challenges, disappointments, unending obligations and commitments, one must be deliberate in making the most and enjoying the journey to our destination.

In the end, Life is not all about the finish line. It’s also about enjoying the process of getting there. Have an end in view, enjoy the journey.
